QUANDO ACCIDERENT		pleading, practice. When they may happen. When a de-fendant, executor, or administrator pleads plene administravit, the plaintiff may pray to have judgment of assets quando acciderint. Bull. N. P. 169; Bac. Ab. Executor, M. 2.
